The Beatles - Rubber Soul (1965) (Russian Vinyl)

Year: 1965 (LP 1992) (Unofficial Release)
Label: AnTrop Records (USSR), П91 00215
Style: Classic Rock
Country: Liverpool, England
Time: 35:38
Format: Flac Tracks 16/44,1 kHz
Size: 252 Mb

This Russian edition is a copy of the UK version of the album but with altered sleeve design. The front side of the sleeve by AnTrop has Russian version of the album title printed over the English one. Russian title РЕЗИНОВАЯ ДУША is pronounced roughly as rr-e-z-‘ee-n-o-v-ah-ya    d-oo-sh-‘ah.
To be sensible of the fact that Boris Neverovskiy's discography shows March 5, 1992 as the release date for this LP, but all known sleeve variations state 1991, it can be assumed that the sleeve layout was prepared long before the album release.

The Beatles - A Taste Of Honey (1986) (Russian Vinyl)

Year: 1986 (LP 1986)
Label: Melodia Records (USSR), С60 23581 008
Style: Classic Rock
Country: Liverpool, England
Time: 36:41
Format: Flac Tracks 16/44,1 kHz
Size: 254 Mb

According to the track list it's seems to be the Soviet only compilation not released elsewhere. The band name and album title are printed on the sleeve in Russian and English simultaneously. It is strange that album is titled by the song composed not by The Beatles themselves. Also it is strange to see the photographs of band members from THE WHITE ALBUM of 1968 on the sleeve of LP containing the early tracks by The Beatles of 1962-1964. On the sleeve the album title in Russian is printed with letter "Ё", but the song of the same name – with letter "Е". On the labels in both cases letter "е" is used.
Russian title (ВКУС МЁДА) is pronounced roughly as v-k-oo-s   ‘m-yo-d-ah.

Blue Cheer - Vincebus Eruptum (1968) (Vinyl Rip)

Year: 1968 (LP 2003)

Style: Hard Rock
Country: San Francisco, California, USA
Time: 34:12
Format: Flac Tracks 16/44,1 kHz
Size: 219 Mb

Blue Cheer's debut album was recorded in 1967 at Amigo Studios in North Hollywood, California. In an interview with StonerRock.com, frontman Dickie Peterson explained that "Some songs I wrote have taken 20 years to really complete. And there are other songs like 'Doctor Please' or 'Out of Focus' that I wrote in ten minutes." On "Doctor Please" in particular, Peterson explained that "when I wrote the song (in 1967), it was a glorification of drugs. I was going through a lot of 'Should I take this drug or should I not take this drug? Blah, blah, blah.' There was a lot of soul searching at the time when I wrote that song, and I actually decided to take it. That’s what that song was about and that’s what I sang it about, sort of a drug anthem for me." On the band's cover of Eddie Cochran's "Summertime Blues", Peterson noted that "We kept changing it around and adding/taking bits away. It also has to do with large doses of LSD. (Wikipedia)
