Led Zeppelin - Led Zeppelin III (1970) (Vinyl Rip)

Year: 1970 (LP 1977 ?)
Label: Atlantic Records (USA), SD 19128
Style: Hard Rock
Country: UK
Time: 43:03
Format: Flac Tracks 16/44,1
Size: 283 Mb

Led Zeppelin III was one of the most eagerly awaited albums of 1970, and advance orders in the US alone were close to the million mark. Its release followed a full page advertisement taken out in Melody Maker magazine at the end of September, which simply said "Thank you for making us the world's number one band."
Although the band's expanding musical boundaries were greeted warmly by some, detractors attacked the heavier tracks as being mindless noise. In a representative review published in Rolling Stone, critic Lester Bangs praised "That's the Way" as "beautiful and genuinely moving", while characterising the band's heavier songs as crude and little differentiated from each other. Others criticised the acoustic material for merely imitating the music of Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young.

Traffic - When The Eagle Flies (1974) (Vinyl Rip)

Year: 1974 (LP 1974)
Label: Island Records (UK), ILPS 9273
Style: Rock
Country: UK
Time: 39:59
Format: Flac Tracks 16/44,1 kHz
Size: 254 Mb

When the Eagle Flies is the seventh studio album released by English rock band Traffic, in 1974. It was the final album released by the band until their 1994 reunion Far from Home. The album featured Jim Capaldi on drums, keyboards and vocals; Rosko Gee on bass guitar; Steve Winwood on guitar, keyboards, and vocals; and Chris Wood on flute and saxophone. (Percussionist Rebop Kwaku Baah was fired prior to the album's completion, but his contributions are heard on two of its tracks.) The album uses a broader variety of keyboard instruments than previous Traffic albums, adding Moog to their repertoire.
When the Eagle Flies was the band's fourth consecutive studio album to reach the American Top Ten and have gold album status. It was far less successful in the United Kingdom, where it entered the charts at number 31 only to drop off the following week. Traffic toured to support the release, but they disbanded in the middle of the tour in 1974.
